Small Group Training

Don’t fancy training alone? Then get friends, family members or work mates involved and join FIT TEAM Zurich’s small group training program.

In the current economic climate, Small Group Training is a fantastic way for people to benefit from the quality of service and individual attention you receive with Personal Training at a lower cost.

Groups of up to 5 people will love the increased motivation of our fun and varied training sessions.

You decide where you want to train – whether it’s at your place of work, in the great outdoors or at the home of one of your group. Speak to our FIT TEAM personal trainers – we provide all the relevant fitness tools and combine functional, core and HIT workouts to create a training program tailored to meet your needs and maximize ROI.

And if you can’t get your friends, family or work mates off that couch, we may still be able to offer you the option to train in a group. Contact us and we will team you up with an existing group wherever possible.

For fast and effective training results, we recommend that you commit to 2-3 sessions a week.
