Mobility

The mobility helps both athletes and non-athletes to perform better, since the movements can be carried out more vigorously, quickly, easily and more fluently.

Regular mobility training increases the mobility of your entire body. Here, muscular imbalances, cramping and tension can be reduced. Muscle groups which are often tense or already shortened due to one-sided stress situations can be expanded again. On the other hand, muscles that are already too weak are strengthened again with strength training tailored to you.
