Fitness Boxing

Today boxing training is no longer just for men – more and more women are realizing the potential of this training to improve their fitness.

Fitness boxing is an effective training method to reach your goals quickly, because you train strength, endurance, flexibility and speed. It is a whole body workout with a high calorie consumption, in which coordination is required and the whole body is used.

You will of course be provided with professional boxing gloves. Your trainer also intercepts your boxing punches with padded paws to protect the joints.
